 This film stars Robert Rockwell, Hanne Axman, Betty Lou Gerson, Barbara Fuller, Shepard Menken (the future voice of TV's Clyde Crashcup on TV's The Alvin Show).

 Screenplay by Albert DeMond and Gerald Geraghty, based on Mr. DeMond's original story.

 With Mr. Republic Pictures himself, Herbert J. Yates, as executive producer, this movie was directed by R.G. Springsteen.
