From PRC in 1946, we present "Gas House Kids," the first of what would be a three-film series of comedy pictures with the studio's answer to Monogram's East Side Kids to-be-turned Bowery Boys.

 The film stars Robert Lowery, Billy Halop, Carl ("Alfafa") Switzer, and Teala Loring.

 Screenplay by Elsie and George Bricker (who wrote the original story) and Raymond Schrock.

 This flick was produced by Sigmund Neufeld and directed by Sam Newfield.

From Grand National Films in 1936, we present Tex Ritter starring in "Song of the Gringo." In this one, when Tex investigates a string of murders he ends up getting accused of the killings. Joan Woodbury, Fuzzy Knight, Monte Blue, and Forrest Taylor were also in the cast. Screenplay by John McCarthy, Robert Emmett, and Al Jennings; John and Robert also wrote the original story. This movie was produced by Edward F. Finney, supervised by Lindsley Parsons,  and directed by John McCarthy.
