 With original story and screenplay by Norton S. Parker and Olive Cooper, this 1940 Republic picture was produced and directed by Joseph Kane (who was shown on the credits as "associate producer").

Joan Woodbury, Fuzzy Knight, Monte Blue, and Forrest Taylor were also in the cast. Screenplay by John McCarthy, Robert Emmett, and Al Jennings; John and Robert also wrote the original story. This movie was produced by Edward F. Finney, supervised by Lindsley Parsons,  and directed by John McCarthy.
