In this one, a cowboy puts on a black mask and a black outfit to take on a gang of land-grabbin' crooks, pardner.


Bill Lively wrote the original story and screenplay.


Directed by Harry Fraser.


Besides Ken and his horse Tarzan, the cast included Dorothy (Reefer Madness) Short, Harry Harvey, Ted Adams, and Dorothy's Reefer Madness co-star, Dave O'Brien.
